Privacy Policy

Calm Gardens (“the app”, “we”) is published by NextGenPowerToys. We designed the app to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data is involved when you play.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
We do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
Your game progress is stored only on your device.
We do not track you across other apps or websites.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which processes limited, non-identifying data to serve those ads.

Data stored on your device

Your garden progress, settings, and purchases are saved locally on your device using standard app storage. This data never leaves your device through us, and it is removed if you delete the app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app displays optional and occasional ads via Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google’s SDK may process:

A device advertising identifier
Coarse (approximate) location
Ad and app interaction data
Diagnostic data (crashes, performance)

This data is not linked to your identity by us, and the app does not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Ad content is capped to a General-audiences rating, and ads on iOS are served in a non-personalized manner by default.

In-app purchases

Purchases (optional watering-can packs) are processed entirely by Apple and Google through their app stores. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Children

Calm Gardens is rated 4+ and is family-friendly, but it is a general-audience app, not a “Made for Kids” app. It contains ads and in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can reset the advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device’s Settings → Privacy.
Deleting the app removes all locally stored game data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
